PAYMENT

  1. We accept payments via Over the Counter (OTC) like LBC, Palawan, M Lhuillier, Xoom, Western Union & Cebuana. Bank Transfers via BPI and BDO. Debit and charging via Paypal and Credit cards (Master Card and Visa), GCash, PayMaya, and finally COD or Collect On Delivery via LBC.
  2. Prices are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
  3. Refunds are not allowed in the event when items purchased are available "on-sale" thereafter.
  4. In the event when your purchases are out of stock with no possibility of reprint, we will refund you the payment.
  5. We offer discounts for bulk orders starting above 10 pcs. For Reseller accounts, Contact us.

SUCCESSFUL ORDER

  1. You will receive a confirmation Email or SMS upon your successful order.
  2. You will receive a delivery email/SMS when your order has been shipped.
  3. Domestic Philippine Shipping is FREE for sure orders. For International Orders, customer will be charged FedEx fee for International Shipping separately.
  4. Additional 20 Pesos will be charged for COD or Collect on Delivery.
  5. Except for Custom or Pre-Orders, for shipping within the Philippines, your item will reach you atleast 10 working days from date of payment.
  6. Except for Custom or Pre-Orders, for International Shipping, your item will reach you atleast 15 working days from date of payment via Fedex.
  7. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  8. Kindly ensure that your full name and correct address is provided, including mobile number. Orders with incorrect / Incomplete information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if your parcel is returned to us.
  9. Please contact us for any queries on your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

  1. In the event of a return, refunds will be in the form of store credits or Gift card.
  2. Return shipping for exchange will be handled by the customer.
  3. We have a 14-day return policy. After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
  4. All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and in all original packaging.
  5. Dryfit Shirts are made to order. Make sure you choose the size correctly. We do not replace items based on wrong size specification.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if they seem to be dirty, used, or not in original packaging.
  7. Exchanged Item shipping will be handled by Customer.
  8. Damaged Items will be replaced with a new one. Fratshirt will handle the cost of the new item as well as the shipping.
  9. Store credits and Gift cards have a validity of 1 year from the date of issue.
  10. Return shipping for undelivered items due to unreachable areas by courier or wrong address provided will be handled by the customer. where no address provided we will ship to last known address on record. in the event that this is no longer a valid address, the customer will handle reshipment. Please provide reachable/correct addresses promptly.
  11. COD customers who did not honor/declined to pay for their deliveries will be banned.
  12. If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. Depending on the result of the investigation, we will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions where applicable as soon as possible. Email us for our shipping address.

PRODUCTS

  1. Please note that shirts might vary in brand: Gildan, Unique, Fruit of the Loom or Bluprint. Dryfit shirts will be in Polydex material.
  2. All Tshirt designs are Silkscreen Printed. Dryfit shirts are sublimation printing and are printed on demand/order.
  3. Please note that there might be a slight variance in printed products as individual pieces may appear differently due to fabric placement. This is not considered a defect.
  4. Items with slight imperfections (loose threads, slight dotted stains, etc) which does not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
  5. Please note that there might be a slight variance in the item's colors shown on different screens due to the different specifications in different devices. This is not considered a defect.

FRATERNAL MEMBERSHIP

  1. Do not order if you do not have membership privileges.
  2. Our fraternities keep national membership databases. Customers found out later to be non-members of Alpha Phi Omega, Knights of Rizal, Scout Royale Brotherhood, Odd fellows or Freemasonry will be banned. Their payments will be forfeited in favor of Fratshirt.
  3. Customers found to be non-members after the fact will be banned from future orders and their names reported on the website as well as to Alpha Phi Omega, Knights of Rizal, Scout Royale Brotherhood, Odd fellows or Freemasonry Wannabees listings.
